We create a “value-add” opportunity by repositioning a property to a higher price point. The value-add strategy operates at a medium- to high-risk, but the returns can be potentially high as well. Our strategy relies on acquiring, developing, constructing, or otherwise rehabilitating real property where there is an opportunity to reposition it to a “higher and better” use. Value-add is making relatively significant improvements to a property so that the market will assign a higher value to it; hence, elevating the income stream of the property.

Dr. Fathi El-Baradei
Chairman
An Egyptian architect, urban specialist and politician. El Baradei is a professor of Architecture and urban planning, former minister of housing and urban development and governor of Damietta. He also served as an elected member of the Egyptian parliament. Throughout his career, building on his academic, professional and political expertise, he adopted several developmental initiatives and projects that aimed at improving the quality of life at both local and national levels. As a minister of housing, in 2011, he led the efforts to reframe the role of the ministry of housing to focus on its social responsibility through the introduction of the “National program for social housing” that aimed at serving different social groups in the Egyptian community. Also, he adopted the development and implementation of an urban development plan for the governorate of Damietta in 2004. The plan resulted in the implementation of several development and cultural projects, which had a remarkable impact on the quality of life in the governorate.
Mr. Mohamed El-Baradei
Chief Executive Officer
An Egyptian architect planner and city branding expert with 20 years of diverse experience within the field of urban development. In 2001, Mohamed started his professional career, at Dar Al-Handasah, working on several hospitality and residential projects in Egypt and the MENA region. Later, in 2005, he co-founded MAAP (www.maapconsult.com) for Architecture and Planning consultancy and managed its growth to consult on projects valued over $600 million over the course of 15 years. Throughout his career, Mohamed developed the skills and expertise necessary for the efficient development, implementation and management of complex projects within time and budgetary constraints. In addition, he developed familiarity with government regulations and compliance issues and experience with local market coupled with strong international exposure.
Mr. Mostafa El-Baradei
Board Member - Expert Finance & Acquisition
With an undergraduate degree in economics and a masters degree is risk management, Mostafa spent most of his 15 years career creating and transforming businesses. Successfully, he created a real estate business specialized in logistics parks and office buildings in addition to one successful take over and turn around in the FMCG salty snacks industry.
